1. Items will be held for retrieval until August 30, after which they will be donated or discarded.

2. Items may be retrieved until Friday, August 13 by emailing shelleyg@xmission.com or calling

435.901.3715 or 435.658.1446 to arrange a pick up time.

3. If you reside too far to travel back to Park City, or the item is small and easily mailed, we will

be willing to mail your items for a nominal postage fee. Email shelleyg@xmission.com or call

435.901.3715 or 435.658.1446 to coordinate by August 13^th.

4. Beginning Saturday, August 14, all lost & found items will be left at the Park City Ice Arena,

600 Gillmor Way, Park City (this is the Quinn’s Sports Complex). The facility is open 9am –

8pm, seven days per week.

Note: this is a public facility and all items are left at the risk of the owner.

While you are making plans to participate in this years tournament, think about staying in the wonderful Newpark Town Center, there are lodging deals specifically for our Tournament participants.

Here a just a few things we want you all to be aware of.

1. Register now, you can save 5% if you get your registration done before May 31, 2010
2. We’ve had many out of state teams asking about the length of the tournament.  Know this…we will work with out-of-state teams to try and condense your playing time.  Do not hesitate to call us with your questions or requests.
3.  Most pool-play will happen on Thursday and Friday, with semi-final and final games on Saturday.  Tuesday is a registration day for the most part and Wednesday afternoon/evening will be used for some pool-play games (that are convenient for local/traveling teams).

Taking a Break From Shopping, I Mean Soccer

I rolled around Park City today and couldn’t believe how soccer tribes I saw.  Not that I wouldn’t expect it, we have 208 teams in town for this tournament with representation form Nevada, Colorado, California, Idaho and of course, Utah.  I passed through the outlet mall today, if you don’t know – they have an Adidas store out there.  If you look in your program or tournament bag you can find some wonderful promotional offers for this store.

Finding the outlet store is easy. At the main intersection of Kimball Junction turn back to the west and follow the road around to the Highway frontage, you can’t miss it.

I also made it out to Ecker Hill for a bit this morning and captured a few images of the action.  Here are two which really capture the beauty of the area. Enjoy the remainder of your weekend!
