The Park City Extreme Cup Online Application

Tournament applications are completed over the Internet only. If you have any problems with the system, call or email Bryan Fox at 801-243-4261 or bryan@parkcityextremecup.com.

The steps to apply are simple:

  1. If you have applied to a tournament using GotSoccer you can use your Username and Password to login and use your team information to apply to the 5th Annual Park City Extreme Cup. Otherwise you will need to go in and create a free account with GotSoccer for your team by proceeding through this application.
  2. Click on the “Continue” button at the bottom of this page to begin your application. Ounce you create your teams account you may save the data that you have completed and return as often as needed to complete the application. You may return as often as you like using your Username and Password GotSoccer has great team pages and email capabilities that are offered for FREE.
  3. You may complete an application for more than one team using your original Username and Password.
  4. Application fees can be paid either by credit card or by mailing a Cashier's Check or check. Checks should be made payable to Park City Extreme Soccer Club.
  5. Each page in the application has instructions you need to read. Please take the time to be thorough.
  6. You can access this application form 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
  7. The information requested in the application regarding last years tournament results for the Park City Extreme Cup is not required but we would like as much information as possible for scheduling and seeding purposes.
