 CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIMES  | 4:00pm / 11:00am

CHECK IN: Our guaranteed checked in time is 4:00pm. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact one of our fabulous front desk agents (435-649-3600ext. 0) and they will accommodate if possible. CHECK OUT: Check out time is 11:00am. Any rooms occupied after 11:00 a.m. may be subject to additional charges. Please remember to plan ahead around any group functions/meetings.

DEPOSIT POLICY |  1 Night Stay 

INTIAL DEPOSIT: At time of booking Newpark Resort requires a deposit equal to the group nightly rate, plus taxes and fees for one night. This will be charged to the credit card provided and will be a credit on your account. Any remaining balance will be due at morning of arrival to the card on file.DEPOSIT REFUND: A full refund of your deposit will be granted should you cancel prior to the group cancellation policy. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your account. 

 CANCELLATION POLICY  | 48 Hours prior to arrival

CANCELLATIONS: If you find that you need to cancel your stay, please do so prior to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival. Once within the 48 hour cancellation period, reservations will be charged in full for the cost of your original stay. EARLY DEPATURES: Any departures earlier than your original check out date which were not communicated prior to the 48 hour cancellation period will be charged in full.
