ROOM CHARGES:
Per the group contract sleeping rooms are PAY ON OWN.
At the time of booking a valid credit/debit card must be provided.

INCIDENTALS:
Room type upgrades and incidentals will be PAY ON OWN.
Any incidentals accumulated onsite will be charged to the card on file.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES | 4:00 PM / 11:00 AM

CHECK-IN: Our guaranteed check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you would like to request an early check-in, please contact one of our front desk agents (435-649-3600 ext. 0) and they will note the request on your reservation.
CHECK OUT: Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any rooms occupied after 11:00 AM may be subject to additional charges. Please remember to plan around any group functions/meetings.

DEPOSIT POLICY | 1 Night Stay

INITIAL DEPOSIT: At the time of booking Newpark Resort requires a deposit equal to the group nightly rate, plus taxes and fees for one night. This will be charged to the credit card provided and will be credited to your account. Any remaining balance will be due at the time of check-in.
DEPOSIT REFUND: A full refund of your deposit will be granted should you cancel before the group cancellation policy. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected on your account.

CANCELLATION POLICY | 72 Hours before arrival

CANCELLATIONS: If you find that you need to cancel your stay, please do so 72 hours before your scheduled arrival. Once within the 72-hour cancellation period, reservations will be charged in full for the cost of your original stay.
EARLY DEPARTURES: Any departures earlier than your original checkout date that were not communicated before the 72-hour cancellation period will be charged in full.

TRANSPORTATION | Do you have any local transportation or airport shuttle needs?

For local transit, Park City offers a free public bus system that can get you anywhere you need to go. Check out http://www.parkcity.org/about-us/transit-bus/ for maps, schedules, and more information.
For private transit and airport shuttles, we highly recommend Park City Direct. They provide exceptional service and great pricing. You can contact them at 435-655-3010 to schedule a ride.
