2026 Online Check-In Information

  • Please read through the Online Check-in procedures document. Everything you need to submit your roster and documents is included there.

  • Rosters will be created in GotSport and supported by official tournament rosters from your State Association.

  • Rosters MUST be created and required documents uploaded by Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11:59pm. If your rosters and documents are not submitted by the deadline, you may be replaced with a team from the tournament wait list.

  • After your roster is created and documents uploaded, they will be reviewed by the tournament committee. Once your roster is approved, it will be marked as approved and frozen in GotSport. It is your responsibility to make sure everyone on your roster has been approved and your roster has been frozen. If your roster has not been frozen by Wednesday, July 29th at noon, please email the tournament registrar at: registration@pcextremecup.com
